A solid reputation for high quality recruitment

EVP Recruitment, a Hamilton based agency, was established in 2008 with the aim of providing quality employees to businesses across the Waikato.

Since opening, EVP has developed a strong reputation for delivering quality employees through a unique recruitment approach, which tailors strategies to suit the individual needs of businesses.

Hi – I’m Brian Simpson

I’ve got a broad experience across a number of industry sectors and have held senior positions with organisations of various sizes.

My first-hand experience of the recruitment process from an employer’s perspective means I understand what it’s like from my client’s side of the equation.

More recently I’ve recruited for a wide range of clients and roles in Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Administration, Transport and Logistics, Hospitality, and various Trades and Services sectors.

My aim for my clients is to eliminate the hard work and minimise the risks involved in the recruitment process. To provide you – my client – with a short-list of only ideal candidates is my ultimate goal.

There is absolutely no cost to the client until that goal is achieved and the placement is made. Even then, a replacement guarantee is offered whereby the process will be repeated at no further charge should the successful candidate leave during the guarantee period.

EVP Recruitment also offers Temporary and Contract employment solutions to meet their clients’ changing needs.

So whether you’re looking to fill a temporary, contract, or permanent position, invite Noel or me at EVP Recruitment to search for your next “VERY VALUABLE ASSET”!

Hi – I’m Noel Cunneen

I’ve had more than 20 years of senior management roles in the Education, Health, and Disability Sectors.

Now I enjoy utilising my wealth of experience to focus all my energy on recruitment, an area of management responsibility that I’ve always found one of the most enjoyable and rewarding.

While much of my focus is back into the sectors in which I’ve worked I enjoy the challenge of recruiting more generalist Management roles and delivering people who will be the next leader of an organisation, particularly where the capacity to be innovative and think laterally is a prerequisite.

In addition to my work experience I’ve been on a number of boards for Sports organisations and have previously managed and coached representative sides which have successfully competed at national tournaments. I remain an active sportsman despite the years catching up now.

I maintain close links with the Health and Disability Sector through my involvement as Chair of the Waikato Health and Disability Expo Trust.

I believe that to contribute most as an employee in the sector requires a person who is aligned in personal philosophy to those of the organisation that employs them; the right choice will deliver the best service results.

My skill is in making that right choice in selecting candidates for clients.
