Noel Cunneen has had more than 20 years of senior management roles in the Education, Health and Disability Sectors. Noel now utilises his wealth of experience to focus all his energy on recruitment, an area of management responsibility that he always found one of the most enjoyable and rewarding.
While much of his focus is back into the sectors in which he worked he enjoys the challenge of recruiting more generalist Management roles and delivering people who will be the next leader of an organisation, particularly where the capacity to be innovative and think laterally is a prerequisite.
In addition to his work experience Noel has been on a number of boards for Sports organisations and has previously managed and coached representative sides which have successfully competed at national tournaments. He remains an active sportsperson despite the years catching up now.
Noel maintains close links with the Health and Disability Sector through his involvement as Chair of the Waikato Health and Disability Expo Trust. Jeff Simpson’s background of working in the hustle and bustle of Australia’s food capital, Melbourne, for more than 10 years, stands him in good stead for recruiting staff for the hospitality, tourism and events industries across New Zealand.
Starting as a kitchen hand, Jeff worked his way up to a management position as a head chef. His experience of working in both lower level and management roles means he understands how the hospitality industry works and what is required from employees at every level of your business.
