The end to end service we offer you

The recruitment service offered is an end to end process. This involves advertising the vacancy on all websites commonly used by recruiters nationwide at EVP’s expense.

EVP will receive all applications, screen CV’s and covering letters and carry out initial interviews of any seemingly suitable candidates.

From there a shortlist of most suitable candidates will be interviewed at length and those best suited will be reference checked before a final short list of one two or three candidates is presented to the client for final interview.

Should none of the short listed candidates meet with client approval the process will be repeated until a suitable candidate is found. There will be no fee charged until an appointment is made.

Even then a replacement guarantee applies per our Terms of Business.
